INSEConline Human Rights.....A Window to Nepal. INSEConline.org is the first human rights news portal in Nepal.

It is run by the leading human rights organization in Nepal, Informal Sector Service Centre (INSEC). INSEConline was launched on July 31, 2004 marking the 12th death anniversary of human rights defender, late Prakash Kaphley. It has mobilized human rights reporters in all 77 districts of the country. They send the news related to human rights issues to the desk as soon as possible. Seven Provincia

l offices are also crucial for the smooth functioning of service. INSEConline uploads fact finding reports on human rights violation, periodic reports and human rights magazines along with the coverage of other human rights issues. INSEConline strives to contribute towards protection and promotion of human rights through timely dissemination of overall human rights situation across the country.
