June is Men's Health Month, and at PATH, we're zooming in on something often overlooked: the male mind.

Physical health matters, but so does what's happening upstream of it. Mental wellbeing isn't separate from men's health, it's central to it.

This month, let's talk about both.

10/06/2026

The silence was never just about one thing.

started as a safe, anonymous space for young males to talk about sexual abuse. Now, we're expanding the conversation because boys carry more than one kind of pain.
Mental health. Addiction. Bullying. Family pressure. Emotional battles no one ever asks about.

2.0 is here. A bigger space. The same promise: you are heard, you are supported, you are not alone.

READ THE WINNING ENTRIES πŸ”₯πŸ”₯

Each of these young boys sat down, found the courage to write honestly, and gave us something worth reading. These essays are not just competition entries. They are voices that deserve to be heard.

The essays are live. Read the words behind the wins. πŸŽ™οΈ

We asked. They answered. πŸ’™

Today we are announcing the winners of our IDBC 2026 Writing Competition, and we are so proud of every boy who picked up a pen and chose to speak.

The topic was simple but profound: The moment I found my voice, and what I did with it.

What we received reminded us exactly why this work matters. These boys did not just write. They opened up. They reflected. They claimed their stories with a confidence that tells us the next generation of young males is ready to lead with their voices if we just give them the space to use them.
Congratulations to our 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners. πŸŽ‰

You showed up for yourselves, and we showed up for you. That is what The PATH Project is here for.

Drop a πŸ’™ for every boy who was brave enough to find his voice.

He exists. He speaks. He matters. πŸ’™

Today is the International Day of the Boy Child, and The PATH Project is here to say what too many boys never hear enough:
Your voice is valid.
Your identity is worth protecting.
You are not too much, and you are not too little. You are enough.

This year's theme is His Voice. His Identity. and we are carrying it with everything we have.

To every boy out there: we see you.

Drop a πŸ’™ in the comments for every boy in your life who deserves to be celebrated today.

Are we failing our boys in the classroom? The data says yes, and it has very little to do with biology.

Read our latest article to understand the real roots of male academic underachievement.

πŸ”—

The question of why boys are falling behind in school is not, at its core, a question about biology or even about education policy, it is a question of attention.
