MEON OYO STATE COMMAND REJOICES WITH FAMILIES OF RESCUED KIDNAPPED TEACHERS AND CHILDREN, COMMENDS GOVERNMENT AND SECURITY AGENCIES
The Millinnium Environmental Organization of Nigeria (MEON), Oyo State Command, expresses deep joy and gratitude over the safe rescue of the teachers and children who were abducted in Orire Local Government Area of Oyo State.
We sincerely rejoice with the families of the victims and thank God for preserving their lives throughout that challenging period. Their safe return brings relief, hope, and renewed confidence to the people of Oyo State.
MEON Oyo State Command commends the efforts of the Oyo State Government, the Federal Government, and all security agencies involved in the rescue operation. We appreciate their commitment, professionalism, intelligence gathering, and coordinated efforts that ensured the safe recovery of the victims.
As an environmental and community development organization, MEON remains committed to supporting communities through lawful, peaceful, and development-focused initiatives. We reaffirm that organizations like ours play important roles in community development, public sensitization, humanitarian support, and partnership with relevant authorities.
We encourage continued collaboration among government, security agencies, traditional institutions, community leaders, and citizens to strengthen safety and prevent future occurrences.
MEON Oyo State Command appreciates everyone who offered prayers, information, and support during this difficult period. We wish the rescued teachers and children a smooth recovery and successful reintegration with their families.
