🤝 This week, our Learning Centre in Qawra welcomed Prisms Malta and a group of educators from different countries as part of the Points of Connection Erasmus+ project.

During the visit, we learned more about the accreditation of autism-friendly spaces, as well as the services and support available through Ronald McDonald House Malta. It was a valuable opportunity to exchange ideas and explore how inclusive spaces can make a meaningful difference in our communities.

🎉 Our 2026 Fundraising Raffle raised over €6,560 for Ronald McDonald House Malta.

The funds collected will support programmes for children facing health, developmental, and behavioural challenges, including services at our Learning Centre in Qawra and wider community initiatives.

🎉 More of our Fundraising Raffle 2026 winners have come to collect their prizes.

Maria accepted a €200 Gift Voucher at OK Group, courtesy of OK Group.

Maria Concetta was presented with a TCL 40” QLED Google TV, donated by Forestals Ltd.

Abraham claimed a two-day experience at Xara Lodge, including pool access and a €40 food and beverage credit for two people.

And Simone collected her new HP Laptop, kindly sponsored by Smart Technologies Ltd.

A new chapter begins 🙏

Ronald McDonald House Charities Malta is now Ronald McDonald House Malta.

While our name and look have evolved, our mission remains the same: we provide essential services that remove barriers, strengthen families, and promote healing when children need healthcare.

We are also strengthening our therapeutic and developmental offering, starting with our Parent Empowerment Programme - supporting young children with developmental delays or early signs of autism, helping build communication skills and reduce early learning barriers, while guiding parents with practical support.

Through our Learning Centre in Qawra and our work with community partners, we continue supporting families across Malta when they need it most.

Meet Toky from Service Dogs Malta Foundation 💛🐾

Fresh from completing her obedience and public access training, Toky recently visited our Learning Centre in Qawra to get familiar with the space, settle into the rhythm, and charm everyone she met.

Best of all? She’s already been paired with a child she’ll soon be supporting. Tokyo will now begin additional training as they start this special journey together.
