We need rest in order to elevate. 🤍

So many of us want growth, healing, success and new heights, but we’re trying to get there while running on empty. Burnout is not strength. Constant exhaustion is not the goal.

Sometimes rest is not a pause from the journey — it’s part of the preparation for where God is taking you.

If your body, mind and spirit are tired, give yourself permission to slow down and refill. You cannot pour from an empty cup.

We call Him Lord, but sometimes we still move like everything depends on us. That’s the disconnect. We pray for direction, peace, and clarity, but still try to control every outcome because letting go feels scary.

Real surrender is trusting God enough to loosen your grip, even when you don’t fully understand what He’s doing yet. 🤍
