मतदार यादीत मोठ्या प्रमाणावर दुरुस्ती करण्यासाठी आम्ही गेली अनेक वर्षे सातत्याने पाठपुरावा करत होतो. या पाठपुराव्यामुळे काही जण नाराज होतील, याची आम्हाला कल्पना होती. मात्र, प्रत्यक्षात याची तीव्रता अपेक्षेपेक्षाही जास्त असल्याचे आता दिसून येत आहे.

भारतामध्ये वेळोवेळी SIR (Special Intensive Revision) म्हणजेच मतदार यादीची विशेष सखोल पडताळणी केली जात आली आहे. यावेळी अशी प्रक्रिया होणे बरेच दिवस प्रलंबित होते.

FINNAPP ने भारतातील मतदार यादीतील विविध त्रुटी आणि अनियमिततांबाबत आवश्यक माहिती व पुरावे गोळा केले आणि गेल्या सुमारे ७ वर्षांपासून निवडणूक आयोग, सरकारी यंत्रणा, विविध मंत्रालये आणि त्यानंतर गृह मंत्रालय व PMO यांच्याकडे सातत्याने पाठपुरावा केला.

ऑगस्ट २०२४ मध्ये गृह मंत्रालयासोबत झालेल्या आमच्या शेवटच्या बैठकीनंतर या विषयाला प्रत्यक्ष गती मिळू लागली आणि त्यानंतरचा प्रवास आता सर्वांसमोर आहे.

या प्रयत्नात आम्हाला दिलेल्या सहकार्याबद्दल महाराष्ट्राचे मुख्यमंत्री मा. श्री. देवेंद्रजी फडणवीस, गोव्याचे मुख्यमंत्री मा. श्री. प्रमोदजी सावंत, माजी केंद्रीय मंत्री मा. श्रीमती भारतीताई पवार आणि राज्यसभा सदस्य मा. श्री. अजितजी गोपछडे यांचे आम्ही मनःपूर्वक आभार व्यक्त करतो.
भारताच्या मतदार यादीतील डुप्लिकेट नावे, मृत व्यक्तींची नावे तसेच बेकायदेशीररीत्या समाविष्ट झालेली नावे शोधून काढून मतदार यादी शुद्ध करण्यासाठी सुरू असलेल्या SIR प्रक्रियेत आम्ही निवडणूक आयोग आणि भारत सरकारच्या पाठीशी ठामपणे उभे आहोत.

भारताच्या प्रत्येक नागरिकाला आमचे आवाहन आहे की, SIR प्रक्रियेला पूर्णपणे सहकार्य आणि समर्थन द्या.

कारण ही केवळ मतदार यादी दुरुस्त करण्याची प्रक्रिया नाही; तर भारताची लोकशाही अधिक सक्षम, पारदर्शक आणि विश्वासार्ह बनवण्याच्या दिशेने टाकलेले एक महत्त्वाचे पाऊल आहे.

लोकशाहीची सर्वोच्च मूल्ये आणि तिची पवित्रता जपणे ही आपल्या प्रत्येकाची जबाबदारी आहे — आणि याच लोकशाही मूल्यांचा भारताला अभिमान आहे.

While we had imagined that some people may get offended with the effect of what we had been relentlessly following up for - a Massive correction in Electoral Rolls - The actual fire in the tail seems to be much more .

Occasional SIR has been a practice in india and this time it was long overdue.

Finnapp had gathered necessary data and proofs about the anomalies in the Voter list of India and relentlessly followed up for about 7 years with ECI, the government machinery, various ministries and then finally the Home Ministry and the PMO.

It was after our last meeting at Home Ministry in August 2024 that things started rolling and rest is history.
We would firmly standby the Election commission and the Govt of India for the SIR and weeding out of duplicate, dead, and illegal names in the Electoral Roll of India.

We express our deep Gratitude towards the chief minister of Maharashtra Shri Devendraji Phadnavis , Chief minister of Goa Shri Pramod Sawant, Ex minister Hon Bharati Tai Pawar, RS member Shri Ajeet ji Gopchade for extending their support in this pursuit.

We also request the citizens of India to Fully Support the SIR since it will help in maintaining the highest ethos of Democracy and Democratic values which India takes pride in.

Team Finnapp had a enriching discussion with Hon CM of Goa Dr. Pramod Sawant at Pune yesterday about various innovative solutions to some of the challenges in the field of Tourism in Goa , Civic matters, Education and Agriculture.

use of smart and precision farming techniques particularly for the benefit of Betel nut farmers in Goa,
Use of AI to empower Tourism industry professionals like guides, Homestay entrepreneurs and other service providers,
Use of AI to cater to specific and unique learning needs of every individual student , establishment of Innovation Clubs in educational institutes were some of the topics discussed.

Hon Chief minister listened carefully to our proposals and immediately agreed for implementation of some of our proposals in the state of Goa. He extended invitation to team Finnapp to come and meet the respective authorities in Goa Government and help the state to implement them for the benefits of the citizens of Goa.

खूप खूप अभिनंदन आणि धन्यवाद Dr. Pramod Sawant ji..

गतिमान आणि धडाडीचे निर्णय घेणारे आपले गोवा राज्याचे प्रशासन सतर्क आणि कार्यक्षम असल्याचे पुन्हा एकदा दिसून आले. .

भारतीय लोकशाहीचे पावित्र्य राखण्यासाठी मतदार यादी अचूक असली पाहिजे.. आणि ती अचूकता साधण्यासाठी मृत व्यक्तीचे नाव मतदार यादी मधून काढण्याची प्रक्रिया सुलभ करण्यासाठी आपण गोवा राज्यात कायदा बनविला.
या संदर्भात Finnapp च्या सूचनांचा आपण विचार केला आणि विद्युत वेगाने आवश्यक ती पाउले उचलली.. खूप खूप अभिनंदन..

मृत व्यक्तीचे नाव मतदार यादी मधून काढण्यासाठी त्याच्या नातेवाईकांनी फॉर्म नंबर 7 भरून दिल्याशिवाय निवडणूक आयोग त्याचे नाव मतदार यादी मधून काढू शकत नाही. नागरिक आग्रहाने मृत नातेवाईकाचा मृत्यूचा दाखला घेतात पण त्याचे नाव मतदार यादी मधून अथवा अन्य शासकीय लाभार्थी यादी मधून काढत नाहीत..

म्हणुन Finnapp ने 15 डिसेंबर 2025 रोजी मा मुख्यमंत्री महोदयांची भेट घेवून सूचना केली होती की मृत्यू दाखला देताना.. फॉर्म नंबर 7 भरून घेण्याचे आणि तो निवडणूक आयोगा कडे पाठवणे नागरिकांना आणि शासकीय यंत्रणेस बंधनकारक करावे..

या सूचनेची मुख्यमंत्री साहेबांनी त्वरित दखल घेतली आणि आवश्यक ते निर्णय घेतले.
सदर सूचना गोवा विधान सभेत आज कायदेशीर विधेयक स्वरुपात आणून मान्य करून घेण्यात आली आहे.

यामुळे मतदार यादी तर वेळोवेळी दुरुस्त होणार आहेच.. लोकशाहीचे पावित्र्य राखले जाणार आहे आणि गोवा सरकारच्या विविध कल्याणकारी योजनां वर खर्च होणार्‍या रकमेपैकी कोट्यावधी रुपये दरवर्षी वाचणार आहेत...
