Ms. Aditi Mukherjee, Chief People Officer, NCDEX, recently moderated a panel discussion at the 6th edition of the Times Group – ET Edge Best Organizations for Women. The session was themed ‘From Visibility to Voice.’
The panel featured Ms. Roopa Kudva, Former Managing Director and CEO, Crisil and Ms. Minal Deshpande, AI & Engineering Offering Portfolio Leader, Deloitte Consulting India.
The discussion focused on the importance of women being both visible and heard in leadership roles, their transition from contributors to decision-makers, and the evolving nature of leadership shaped by women’s influence on outcomes.
Ms. Mukherjee also shared her perspectives on the growing involvement of women in senior leadership positions, supported by provisions under the Companies Act. She highlighted the significant improvement since 2020 in the representation of women across key committees, including audit, risk management, and remuneration committees.
