On July 27, SBI Foundation organised a reflective session on the occasion of International Mangrove Day. SBI Foundation supports the idea of providing education to all. Through its, ‘SBIF ILM Army Centre of Wellness and Excellence' project in Manipur, it has supported 50 students from underserved communities, in collaboration with NIEDO and Indian Army. The Foundation organised a felicitation ceremony for students who have qualified the NEET or JEE exam in 2026. During the event, dignitaries congratulated students and encouraged them to pursue their dreams with complete determination, integrity, and having a nation-first approach.

The SBI Platinum Jubilee ASHA Scholarship 2026 is here with ₹100 Cr to support deserving students from Class 9 to higher education and overseas studies.

📌 Key Details:
🎓 Scholarship: ₹15,000 to ₹15 lakh per annum
👩‍🎓 Eligible: Class 9–12, UG, PG, IIT, IIM, Medical & Overseas students
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Family Income: Up to ₹3 lakh (School) & ₹6 lakh (Higher Education)
📚 Academic Eligibility: 75% (65% for SC/ST & 60% for PwD students)
📅 Last Date: 4 September 2026

It is with great pleasure that we share that SBIF ACE PASS Scholar Jhandu Kumar has won the Bronze Medal 🥉 in the Men's Heavyweight Para Powerlifting event at the ongoing Commonwealth Games 2026 in Glasgow.

This achievement marks India's first medal at the Commonwealth Games 2026.

Jhandu Kumar is supported by SBI Foundation under its Para Athlete Sports Scholarship (PASS) programme.
