"SBI Harshoday", a project supported by SBI Foundation, in partnership with , wins the Best CSR Award in the women and child welfare category at the 8th Edition of the Bharat CSR & Sustainability Summit & Awards 2026. The project has created child-friendly infrastructure at 20 anganwadis to create a safer, more attractive, and more conducive environment.

Nurturing Talent, Preparing for the Future

SBI Foundation, in collaboration with IIT Madras and , is proud to launch the SBIF ACE Potential Athlete Sports Scholarship for promising athletes aged 15 to 19.

Supporting young sporting talent across Athletics, Badminton, Boxing, Wrestling, Shooting, Archery and Swimming, the scholarship aims to help young athletes pursue their potential and prepare for the opportunities ahead.

We are happy to share that SBI Foundation received the Samagra CSR Award (presented by ) for Rural Development & Sustainable Livelihoods for its Agri-entrepreneurship initiatives for small, marginal and landless farmers.

Its impact on community health and nutrition also garnered recognition for the TB Mukt Initiative, earning it a Special Mention.

These awards show the Foundation's commitment to addressing pressing issues faced by underserved communities.

42-Year Old Record Broken

The 27-year-old hurdler Vithya Ramraj broke P.T. Usha's national record, clocking 54.75 seconds, to win a bronze medal in the women's 400m hurdles at the Aishi-Naoya Asian Games 2026.

Previously, P.T. Usha held the national record of 55.42 seconds while competing at the 1984 Los Angeles Olympics.

SBI Foundation congratulates Ramraj for the feat.
