🏫 Successful Inauguration of Roof Replacement Project 🎉
A few months ago, we received a request from the Principal of Shri Sadguru Riddhinath Baba Secondary School, Kharid (Tal. Shahapur) regarding the poor condition of the school's 28-year-old roof. During the monsoon, rainwater leaked into classrooms, creating difficulties for students and teachers. Several roofing sheets had developed cracks, posing a potential safety risk, while frequent power outages during summer made classrooms extremely hot and uncomfortable.
After conducting a site survey, the team of Swarajya Social Welfare Organization found that the situation required urgent attention. We therefore resolved to replace the old roof with a new, safe, modern roofing structure equipped with proper ventilation to create a better learning environment for the students.
Today, we are delighted to share that the Roof Replacement Project has been successfully completed and inaugurated in the presence of dignitaries, school management, donors, well-wishers, and members of the Swarajya team.
More than 200 new roofing sheets have been installed, replacing the deteriorated structure that had served the school for nearly three decades. Students can now study in a safer, brighter, well-ventilated, and more comfortable environment.
This project was made possible through the generous support of our donors, well-wishers, and everyone who believed in our mission. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all those who contributed directly or indirectly towards making this initiative a reality.
Together, we are not just repairing roofs—we are creating safer spaces for education and building a brighter future for our children.
Thank you for being a part of this journey.
Jai Shivray! 🚩
