Our students spent the day preparing a South Indian platter as part of their Food Production practical—bringing together technique, timing, and teamwork in the kitchen.

Every practical is another step towards becoming industry-ready.

कुछ दिन सीखना किताबों से होता है।
कुछ दिन सीखना एक खूबसूरती से परोसी गई थाली से।

हमारे विद्यार्थियों ने फ़ूड प्रोडक्शन प्रैक्टिकल के दौरान एक पारंपरिक दक्षिण भारतीय थाली तैयार की। इस प्रक्रिया में उन्होंने सिर्फ़ व्यंजन बनाना ही नहीं, बल्कि तकनीक, समय-प्रबंधन और टीमवर्क भी सीखा।

हर प्रैक्टिकल उन्हें अपने लक्ष्य के एक कदम और करीब ले जाता है।

Every batch is about more than learning Aari embroidery. It’s about discovering a new skill, making time for yourself, building confidence and finding a community that grows together.

With 9 batches completed, 45+ women trained, and our 10th batch currently underway, we’re proud to see more women learning, creating and growing—one stitch at a time.

A new beginning. A new opportunity.

We’re excited to welcome our newest batch to the Information Technology enabled Services (ITeS) Job Ready Training Program at Shrem Skill Development Center.

Designed to prepare youth for careers in the ITeS and BPO sector, this 15-day training program focuses on the skills employers value the most. Through practical sessions, students learn professional communication, customer service, computer applications, workplace etiquette, interview techniques and essential soft skills that build confidence for the corporate world.

At Shrem, we believe that meaningful employment begins with the right skills, the right guidance and the right opportunity. We look forward to seeing this batch learn, grow and take their first step towards a brighter future.

श्रेम स्किल डेवलपमेंट सेंटर में हमारे आईटीईएस जॉब रेडी ट्रेनिंग प्रोग्राम के नए बैच की शुरुआत हो चुकी है। यह 15 दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण युवाओं को कम्युनिकेशन, कंप्यूटर, कस्टमर सर्विस, प्रोफेशनल व्यवहार और इंटरव्यू स्किल्स जैसी आवश्यक क्षमताओं से सशक्त बनाकर रोजगार के लिए तैयार करता है।

हम इस बैच की सीखने और आगे बढ़ने की यात्रा के लिए उत्साहित हैं।

Not every journey begins with fluency. Some begin with the courage to say a simple “Hello.”

For the past 3 months, our free Spoken English Foundation Programme brought together community students twice a week to build a simple yet life-changing skill—the ability to communicate in everyday English.

Today, they walk away with more than a certificate. They leave with a voice, new confidence, and a skill they’ll carry into classrooms, interviews, workplaces, and everyday life.

This is just the beginning.

3 महीनों तक सप्ताह में दो दिन सीखने, अभ्यास करने और आगे बढ़ने के बाद, आज हमारे विद्यार्थी रोज़मर्रा की अंग्रेज़ी में आत्मविश्वास के साथ संवाद कर पा रहे हैं। यह तो बस शुरुआत है।

Great pizzas aren’t just baked—they’re crafted from scratch.

During this Food Production practical, our Restaurant Service & Kitchen Training students prepared pizzas from the ground up. From kneading and proofing the dough to making the sauce, assembling the toppings, and baking the final pizza, every step was a hands-on learning experience.

बेहतरीन पिज़्ज़ा सिर्फ़ बेक नहीं किए जाते, बल्कि शुरुआत से तैयार किए जाते हैं।

इस फूड प्रोडक्शन प्रैक्टिकल के दौरान हमारे रेस्टोरेंट सर्विस एवं किचन ट्रेनिंग विद्यार्थियों ने पिज़्ज़ा पूरी तरह से स्वयं तैयार किया। आटा गूँथने और उसे प्रूफ करने से लेकर सॉस बनाने, टॉपिंग्स लगाने और पिज़्ज़ा बेक करने तक, हर चरण एक व्यावहारिक सीख का अनुभव रहा।

A menu is much more than a list of dishes—it reflects a restaurant’s identity and helps guests make informed choices. In this Restaurant Service & Kitchen session, our students learnt how to understand a menu, explain dishes confidently, and appreciate the thought behind every section.

To bring their learning to life, they explored real menus before designing their own. Every hands-on activity like this builds practical skills, confidence, and takes them one step closer to becoming hospitality professionals.

मेन्यू केवल व्यंजनों की सूची नहीं होता, बल्कि यह रेस्टोरेंट की पहचान दर्शाता है और ग्राहकों को सही चुनाव करने में मदद करता है। इस रेस्टोरेंट सर्विस एवं किचन प्रशिक्षण सत्र में हमारे विद्यार्थियों ने मेन्यू को समझना, व्यंजनों के बारे में बताना और उसके हर भाग का महत्व सीखा।

इसके बाद उन्होंने वास्तविक मेन्यू का अध्ययन किया और अपना स्वयं का मेन्यू तैयार किया। ऐसी प्रत्येक गतिविधि उनके व्यावहारिक कौशल, आत्मविश्वास और हॉस्पिटैलिटी इंडस्ट्री के लिए तैयारी को मजबूत बनाती है।
