Building emotional resilience is just as important as building academic knowledge. When young minds learn to understand and manage their emotions, they become better equipped to face life's challenges with confidence.

At Anant Dwivedi Foundation (ADF), we conducted an interactive session on Emotional and Social Skill-Building for the students of H.R. College of Commerce and Economics, Churchgate, Mumbai.

Through experiential activities, students explored healthy ways to understand and manage anger, build resilience, and strengthen essential emotional and social skills for everyday life. The session concluded with a calming guided imagery exercise, allowing participants to reflect, relax, and reconnect with themselves.

We are grateful to H.R. College of Commerce and Economics for providing the opportunity to engage with students and create meaningful conversations around emotional well-being and personal growth.

"True strength is not the absence of difficult emotions, but the ability to understand them, manage them, and keep moving forward."πŸ’œ

The older you get, the smaller your friend circle becomes, and that's completely okay. πŸ’œ

Psychology tells us that as we grow, we naturally begin to value meaningful, trustworthy, and emotionally supportive relationships over having a large number of friends. It's not about losing people; it's about finding the ones who truly matter.

This Friendship Day, celebrate the friends who have stood by you through every chapter of life. 🀝✨

At Anant Dwivedi Foundation (ADF), we believe that in today's digital world, helping students build self-awareness, think critically, and make informed choices is just as important as academic success.

We conducted an engaging mental health awareness session for the students of The Modern English High School on Social Media Addiction, Peer Influence, and Identity. In today's digital world, social media plays a major role in our daily lives. While it helps us connect and learn, excessive use can affect our mental well-being, influence our choices, and shape our identity. Through interactive discussions and activities, students reflected on using social media mindfully, managing peer influence, and embracing their authentic selves.

As part of our Holistic Scholarship Program, we also conducted this mental health awareness session, reaffirming our commitment to supporting students through emotional well-being, life skills, and holistic development alongside their academic journey.

"Your identity is built by your values, not by your followers. Protect your mental health, think independently, and let your true self shine." πŸ’œ

What you suppress doesn't disappear.

It waits.

Carl Jung called this Enantiodromia: the idea that living at one extreme can eventually pull us toward the opposite.

🌱 Constant productivity can become burnout.
🌱 Forced positivity can become emotional exhaustion.
🌱 Extreme control can become chaos.

Balance isn't about never struggling.

It's about not denying the parts of yourself that need attention.

Which example resonated with you the most?
