2047 is not just a destination. It is a responsibility.

This , the Hon’ble once again reminded the nation that a will be built on the pillars of education, self-reliance, skills and Nation First. Under the vision and leadership of Dr. Payal Kanodia, M3M Foundation has turned this responsibility into on-ground action—because a developed India begins when every , , woman and athlete gets the opportunity to learn, grow and lead.

Through Saakshar and iMpower, we supported 20,000+ children, awarded 1,000+ scholarships in 2024-25 and built 25+ safe spaces for migrant children across 5 states.

Through Kaushal Sambal, Mashaal and iMpower Academy, we trained 12,000+ youth (68% women, 76% placed) and nurtured 100+ young innovators—preparing them not for the jobs of yesterday, but to lead the world of tomorrow.

Through Sankalp and Sarvoday, 300+ farmers have been engaged, 50+ kitchen gardens built and 200+ villages impacted, turning Annadata into entrepreneurs. Meanwhile, Sankalp and Vanjeevan have planted 800,000+ trees and installed solar water pumps delivering 96,000L of water daily through community-led conservation.

On the sporting front, Lakshya has supported 100+ athletes through sports scholarships, with many representing India at state, national, Asian, World Championship and Olympic levels. In collaboration with sporting legends like Yogeshwar Dutt, Baichung Bhutia and Sanjeeva Singh, Lakshya is nurturing talent from childhood, with its sights firmly set on MittiseMedalTak and the Olympics 2036.

Across Education, Skills, Livelihoods, Health, Sports, Environment and Community, this is the spirit of Kartavya that drives every M3M Foundation programme.

iMpower is growing and so is the strength of its idea

At M3M Foundation, iMpower was envisioned as more than a programme for migrant communities. It was built as an integrated support ecosystem one that recognises that migrant workers and their families need not just one intervention, but access to education, identity, health, nutrition, skills, social protection and opportunities that enable them to move forward with dignity.

As the programme expands, new partnerships are strengthening this mission and validating the relevance of the iMpower approach.

We are pleased to welcome Bal Raksha Bharat as one of the newest partners in this growing journey.

Together, M3M Foundation and Bal Raksha Bharat will work across 8 centres in Gurugram, Chandigarh and Lucknow, strengthening access to essential resources and support for migrant workers and their families.

Every young person grows up in a different context — shaped by their circumstances, opportunities, challenges and dreams. Yet, beneath these differences lies something universal: the aspiration to learn, grow, achieve and create a better future.

This year’s International Youth Day theme, “Different Contexts, Common Aspirations,” reminds us that youth empowerment cannot have a one-size-fits-all approach. What one young person needs to learn may be different from what another needs to succeed.

At M3M Foundation, our efforts reflect this very understanding — creating spaces for children to learn and grow through iMpower Clubs, enabling young people to build livelihoods through iMpower Academies for Skills, and supporting aspiring athletes through Lakshya.

With 10,000+ children connected through iMpower Clubs, 12,000+ youth trained in skill development, and 104 Lakshya scholars supported across 36 sports, we are working to meet young people where they are and help them move towards where they aspire to be.

Because different contexts should never mean different chances to dream.

Honouring Courage. Celebrating the Spirit of India. 🇮🇳

Ahead of India’s 80th Independence Day, Dr. Payal Kanodia, Chairperson of Paralympic Committee of India (PCI) , and Chairperson & Trustee, M3M Foundation, was honoured to be the Guest of Honour at ABP Network’s Jhanda Uncha Rahe Hamara — an inspiring celebration of the courage, sacrifice and service that keep our Tricolour flying high.

The evening brought together martyr families, serving Army personnel, defence dignitaries and distinguished personalities, united by a shared sense of pride, gratitude and love for the nation.
Dr. Payal Kanodia shared heartfelt moments with the families of our bravehearts and our soldiers, acknowledging the extraordinary courage and sacrifices that continue to safeguard the nation.
She also exchanged warm moments with Shri Sanjay Seth, Hon’ble Minister of State for Defence, Sunny Deol, Preity Zinta and other distinguished guests, adding to an evening filled with camaraderie and national pride.

Sharing her vision for M3M Foundation, Dr. Payal Kanodia spoke about the Foundation’s work beyond conventional boundaries and into untouched and underserved regions, with a special focus on creating opportunities for children in the LoC region and extending meaningful support to the Indian Army and its communities.

This vision reflects M3M Foundation’s larger commitment towards a Viksit Bharat 2047 — where progress reaches every community, every child and every corner of the nation.

As India moves towards its 80th Independence Day, the evening served as a powerful reminder that nation-building is a collective journey — shaped by those who serve, those who sacrifice, and those who work towards creating a more empowered and inclusive India.
