Some journeys are about building success. Some journeys are about creating impact. And a few are about doing both—with purpose.

𝐒𝐡𝐫𝐢 𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐨𝐝 𝐑𝐚𝐠𝐡𝐚𝐯 𝐉𝐢 is one such personality whose journey reflects enterprise, courage, service, and a deep commitment to society.

He is 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 – 𝐅𝐚𝐥𝐜𝐨𝐧 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐜𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐋𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝 and serves 𝐏𝐅𝐓𝐈 as 𝐏𝐚𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧, 𝐆𝐥𝐨𝐛𝐚𝐥 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐦𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐝𝐨𝐫 & 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐨𝐫 (𝐔𝐒𝐀). His professional journey spans India and the United States, but what makes his story especially inspiring is the way he has consistently connected personal achievement with a larger social purpose.

Through initiatives such as 𝐍𝐢𝐬𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐡 𝐊𝐚𝐝𝐚𝐦, his work has touched areas including education, healthcare, employment support, women empowerment, food distribution, environmental protection, and community welfare.

At 𝐏𝐅𝐓𝐈, there are five lessons from his journey that we particularly admire:

Helping one person is kindness. Creating an institution that enables continuous impact is leadership. Sustainable contribution requires structure, discipline, and commitment.

𝟒. 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞. 𝐈𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠.

A leader’s real strength lies in the ability to inspire participation, build trust, and create collective ownership around a meaningful cause.

𝟓. 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐡𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫.

Enterprise gives us the capacity to create. Empathy gives that creation meaning. The most respected leaders are often those who balance both.
