AICB Capt.C.L School for the rural Blind In the initial years, there were 15 students studying in this school. The school now has 122 students including 67 boys and 55 girls. free of cost.

In the year 1984, a training center for the blind girls was started by All India Confederation of the Blind
In the year 1994, the above training center was converted into Capt Chandan Lal School for the Rural Blind. The school also has an attached facility of a hostel accommodation. The students are provided education, lodging, meals, books, uniforms etc.
