Parinamika is a not for profit organization aimed towards social change. Its objective is to resonate the voice of the people to bring about effective results. It is a student run Social activism group and has its motto as “Resulting in Change”. The Organization functions on the ideals of educative results and proactive movement. Its objective is to voice the youth's opinion and create an impact on society. A young citizen can either join in and work with our existing projects or propose a new project and lead the change initiative without worrying about other aspects involved such as Finance, Media Exposure and Administration and resource pool thus allowing the individual to foster his idea on a wholesome platter engaging efficiently the required effort.

Paridhan
Paridhan aims at providing clothing to the Indian Poor in an effort to uplift their spirits, morale and dignity of life. Understanding fully that the concept has been implemented in the past, Parinamika’s approach is centralized through its vision and mission of Enhancing Youth Participation in Societal Development.
Parivartane
Parivartane engages the women living in slum areas in an active discussion about the Right to information Act; inform them about the Bill and how it can be of benefit to them. Through a one on one interaction the project also looks to familiarize the women about how they themselves can file an RTI. Through the
conception and implementation of this project, an important factor is to be kept in
mind as to the condition.
Paripalan
Paripalan wishes to channelize these views from the youth from various places such as Facebook, Twitter, Newspapers, Electronic Media etc and get a "sense of the country" and present these in the form of memorandums, people's petition etc to government authorities and force them into action.
The Informed Corporate
The Informed Corporate empowers corporate citizens across India with the RTI and enables them to gain an edge over the competition using the RTI and other tools.
