UNNATI with its core philosophy Learn - Earn - Stand tall, is a vocational training and social transformation program for the underprivileged youth in the age group of 18 – 25 years who are less educated and unemployed. ed challenges such as stress management, emotional intelligence, professional attitude and time management. Students over the age of 18 years are eligible to join Unnati. At Unnati, students from any academic and socio-economic background are welcome. Unnati Skill Center assists all the students to become employable and support them to become independent and self-reliant. In the last two decades of work in this field, Unnati takes pride in not only training more than 35,000 youths but also placing them in jobs in reputed companies, thereby boosting their family status. Despite its novice beginning in the year 2011, Unnati has transformed innumerable lives. It works towards achieving its mission with a mighty conviction contributing back to the society by empowering the deprived, less educated, otherwise unemployable youths. Since its inception, it has expanded its horizons nearly to 30 centres. Besides skill-set training, Unnati assists youth to inculcate transformational changes in their attitude towards self, inspire them to think big, and dream. Post-training, Unnati’s Placement Cell works with each student to place them in reputed firms with job security and other job-related benefits. Additionally, Unnati's Psychological Counselling Cell assists Unnatians to inculcate transformational changes in their attitude towards self, inspire them to think big, and dream.
