NEON will be hosting Creative Arts Practitioner Niamh Doyle in the school on Thursday afternoons for an Art Club aimed at teenagers.

*Creative Intuitive Art-Making – Express, Explore, Connect*

A space to pause, create and reconnect with yourself.

Creative intuitive art-making invites you to explore your inner world through colour, shapes, textures and images. By letting go of expectations and allowing your creativity to flow freely, you can express feelings, thoughts and experiences that words sometimes cannot reach.

There is no need to be artistic or have any previous experience. Simply come as you are, trust the creative process and allow whatever needs to emerge to find expression.

It is not about creating a perfect picture; it is about giving yourself permission to feel, explore, express and discover.

Are you a neuroaffirming, playful OT who loves helping children thrive in their own unique way? We’d love to hear from you!

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team, supporting neurodivergent children across school and clinical settings.

✨ We’re open to:

* Part-time hours, with a view to growing into a full-time role
* Employed or self-employed arrangements
* Basic Grade and Senior Grade Occupational Therapists

💛 Who we’re looking for:

Someone who is passionate about child-led, neuroaffirming practice and understands the importance of connection, play, regulation and meaningful participation. You’ll be ready to think creatively, celebrate individual strengths and work collaboratively with children, families, schools and colleagues.

We value curiosity, compassion, flexibility and a willingness to make therapy engaging, empowering and fun!

Mondays we get into nature to set us up for the week ✨

We had so much fun playing treehouse in today's Ot session.
While having all the fun this child was moving and working her whole body. She strengthened her core and upper body while pulling herself up.
She maintained her balance on an unstable and moving surface. She had to figure out how to position her body and how to sequence her movements.
She regulated herself with some proprioceptive and vestibular input.
She got a little frustrated when she did not manage to to get up on her first attempt but tried again anyway because she had fun. When she made it to the top she was so very proud of herself, and so was I 🥰
