📢 Let's Keep Moving - Older Adult Fitness Class 📢

Want to keep moving but need a lower-impact class. This is the class for you!

Let's Keep Moving is a fun and social class specially designed to help older adults stay active and build their strength, cardiovascular fitness, balance and coordination. You will be encouraged throughout the class to go at your own pace.
