Sligo Cancer Support Centre is a place of peace and hope for people with cancer and their families.

Here you will find a home from home; a place where you will find peace and hope and the support you need for your journey to recovery. The Centre is open from 9 am - 5 pm each day for support and information. Call in for a chat and a cup of tea – no need for an appointment and feel free to bring a friend.

The 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗞𝗲𝗿𝗿𝘆 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗲 is a self-management programme 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗼𝗿 𝗳𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗿. They are currently recruiting for the next round of this online programme due to start on 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝟮𝗻𝗱 𝗡𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿.

Our heartfelt thank you to Lisa Hughes and her friends, who held a Father Ted-themed Quiz Night in support of Sligo Cancer Support Centre in Tubbercurry and Mayo Roscommon Hospice. A total of €400 was raised for our Centre. Thank you all for your generosity
