RAG Week is here 🎉

Go out. Have the craic. Make the memories.
But stay smart while you do it.

• Drink responsibly
• Stay with your friends
• Plan how you’re getting home before you head out
• Know your limits — there’s no trophy for being the most intoxicated

If you need support on your night out, the Welfare Station in Queen Maeve Square is open 21:00–01:00 as part of Care in the Square. They provide water, first aid, advice and a safe place to wait to be collected.

If someone needs urgent help or feels unsafe, call 999 or 112 immediately.

Don’t wait. Don’t second guess it.

Look after yourself. Look after your mates.

A good RAG Week is one you remember for the right reasons.

Chlamydia is the most common STI in Ireland — and it often shows no symptoms.
That means you can feel completely fine and still have it.

The good news?

It’s easy to test. Easy to treat.

📍 GUM Clinic testing is on the Main Concourse today from 10:30am–1:30pm.

No appointment needed.

Free. Confidential. Quick.

Looking after your sexual health is normal — and smart.
