Some of our Comhairle members had the opportunity to attend Dáil na nÓg in Leinster house on the May 1st where they discussed and voted on current issues in the education system. It was a great day and thanks to all involved with organization.

Roscommon Comhairle na nÓg had a very productive meeting yesterday. Laura from Jigsaw delivered the ‘Finding your why’ workshop and also shared her views on Listen Link Yeah, please do! It was a great opportunity to prepare for our presentation in Leinster House, which will take place on the 15th of April

Two of our members, Ciara and Caoimhe, attended the second preparation session for Dáil na nÓg in Dublin yesterday. It was a very productive day in the DCEDIY offices!

Last Friday we had our first Steering Committee meeting of the year at the Roscommon County Council buildings. Great discussions and we are looking forward for to a productive year ahead!

We were delighted to meet with Minister of State for Health, Jennifer Murnane O’Connor, at Roscommon County Council recently.

We had the amazing opportunity to talk about the work we do as Roscommon Comhairle na nÓg and to share our vision for our project Listen Link.

It was a great opportunity to have our voices heard and to show how important it is to listen to and support young people in our communities. 💬💙
