SUGUD Human Rights Monitoring Report No. 71

SUGUD announces the publication of Human Rights Monitoring Report No. 71: “When Form Replaces Justice.”

The report documents recent procedural developments before several German courts and examines a recurring question of fundamental importance to effective judicial protection: when procedural form repeatedly prevents substantive objections from being examined despite documented institutional knowledge, does procedure continue to serve justice or begin to obstruct access to it?

The report maintains a strict distinction between documented facts, matters requiring further verification, and conclusions that the available evidence does not establish.

Report No. 71 has been submitted as part of SUGUD’s continuing international human-rights documentation.

SUGUD Report No. 70 — Now Published

SUGUD has issued Report No. 70, documenting and examining Case No. 6111 Js 3401/22 – 6581 VRs through a human-rights and rule-of-law framework.

The report addresses questions of evidentiary integrity, the presumption of innocence, effective remedies, and institutional accountability.

Because justice requires more than decisions — it requires that every decision withstand the test of evidence.
