🌍 World Refugee Week Celebration – Everyone Welcome! 🌍

We would especially like to invite Roma families and community members to join us TOMORROW, Saturday, 20 June, from 11am to 3pm at Longford Athletics Centre, N39X6X8

This is a FREE event for all communities and a chance to come together, celebrate our cultures, meet new people, and enjoy a fun day with family and friends.

✨ There will be special Romani performances during the day, and lots of activities for children to enjoy.

The event includes:
🎶 Music and cultural performances
🎨 Arts and crafts
⚽ Sports and games
📚 Storytelling and workshops
🤝 Community information stalls
🍴 Free refreshments

We would love to see Roma families come along and be part of this celebration. Please share with your family, friends, and neighbours.

There is a new safe, welcoming and inclusive space for LGBTQIA+ adults in LCRL to meet new people, make friends, take part in activities, access support, and simply be themselves in a judgement-free environment.
We warmly welcome members of the Roma community and encourage anyone who may be interested to come along. Everyone deserves a space where they feel accepted, valued and supported

Work Placement Experience Programme (WPEP) – DSP Placements Starting September 2026
The Department of Social Protection is inviting expressions of interest for 6-month paid work placements (30 hours per week) in DSP offices nationwide.
The programme is open to all priority cohorts, including members of the Traveller and Roma communities, and provides valuable experience in:

✅ General administration
✅ Customer service
✅ Office and data processing
✅ Working in a professional public service environment

💶 Weekly payment: €369 plus any additional Qualified Adult or Qualified Child payments you may be entitled to.
