The Haven Hub - Limerick You’re not alone. We offer a wide range of free courses and wellness programs designed to help you stay well and avoid reaching crisis point.

The Haven Hub CLG is a registered charity (No. 20206256) dedicated to mental health and su***de prevention. 💙
Our trained volunteers offer support to anyone in emotional distress through our drop-in centre, support groups and more. At Haven Hub, compassion drives everything we do. 💙 Our mission is simple: to bring mental health support to our community without the worry of cost. You don’t have to be suicidal to access our supports. They’re open to everyone in the community. This World Mental Health Day, we’re inviting you to explore our Body Mind Boost Programme: a range of free activities designed to support wellbeing, build connections and bring our community together.

To access our 1:1 Counselling Service, you can visit one of our Crisis Centres in Limerick or Ennis, contact us by phone, or fill in the form on our website.

If the service is suitable for you, your details will be passed on to our Follow-Up Coordinator, who will help you access the support you need.

Our student counsellors are in the final stages of their qualification and come from a wide range of backgrounds and life experiences. They are all passionate about helping others feel supported and heard.

This is a wonderful project bringing people together to spend time with others, learn new skills, make new friends, find support and, most importantly, strengthen mental health in our community.

New Members Welcome!

Our Youth Group is another initiative from The Haven Hub creating opportunities for young people to meet new people, build social connections, develop new skills, have fun and create great memories together.

Alongside social activities, trips and new experiences, young people will also have access to workshops and activities that support their wellbeing and help strengthen their mental health. 🧠💙

All activities are completely free, thanks to our funders.
