What a well-deserved day out for our amazing charity staff! 💙

A truly unforgettable day in Di**le ✨ From heading out on the water to spot whales 🐋 and dolphins 🐬, exploring the beautiful Blasket Islands by boat, and getting up close with birds of prey (and a few goats!) 🐐🦅 with Fiáin Experiences Di**le — it was a day packed with amazing experiences.

And to top it all off… watching the solar eclipse together 🌑✨ What a day! ❤️

It was a wonderful opportunity to step away from the day-to-day, enjoy some time together, and celebrate the incredible people who work so hard for our charity and the people we support 🥰

Thank you to our brilliant staff for everything you do — you truly deserve it! 💙✨

These workshops are free and available to those over 18 years old. Places are limited so please contact Pamela at [email protected] to book your place.

We want to say a massive thank you to our charity partners at Edwards Life Science who hosted a spectacular fundraising event last week in White stand, Miltown Malbay 💕 We had the most wonderful morning, it was a pleasure to meet the courageous swimmers who braved the icy waters and shone a light on Mental Health in Limerick ✨

A huge thank you to everyone who took part, supported, volunteered and helped make the day so special and successful! 💙

Thank you to our amazing vendors on the day for providing fresh pastries and coffee, for the rejuvenating mobile sauna, for guided tour and .ie for the stunning footage of the event 📷

A huge thank you to everyone who attended, participated, volunteered, and helped make our Family Fun Dog Show such a wonderful success. Your support means so much and helps us continue our work promoting positive mental health in our community.

🐾 A Huge Thank You to the Edwards Lifesciences Mental Health ERG! 🐾

This year, our charity partners at Edwards Lifesciences hosted their own pet competition in support of LMHA, alongside our Family Dog Show. With over 40 fantastic entries, they raised an incredible €510 for the charity. Thank you to everyone who took part and supported this wonderful initiative! 💙

We're also delighted to introduce their Best in Show winner – Obi! 🏆

Obi is a 7-year-old Golden Labrador whose owners describe him as a loyal, adventurous, and much-loved member of their family. His adventurous spirit has even led to a dramatic rescue mission after a fall of more than 30 feet into deep water! Thankfully, Obi's courage, determination, and resilience saw him through.

His bravery and tenacity shine through every day, and his family very proud to celebrate him as this year's winner.

Congratulations, Obi! 🎉🐾

As an added gesture of support, Obi and the Edwards team have kindly donated a hamper that will be presented as a prize at this weekend's Dog Show.

Looking to move, connect, and dance for joy, expression, and wellbeing? Join Movement for Your Mind, a series of welcoming dance classes delivered by Dance Limerick in partnership with Limerick Mental Health Association.

Whether you're a complete beginner or love to dance, these sessions are all about supporting your mental and physical health in a fun, inclusive environment.
