🌍 International Day for People of African Descent

Today, Donegal Women’s Centre recognises and celebrates the contributions, cultures, histories, and achievements of people of African descent around the world.

This day is an opportunity to honour the rich diversity of African heritage, acknowledge the experiences and challenges faced by people of African descent, and promote equality, respect, inclusion, and human rights for all.

We stand together in supporting communities, challenging discrimination, and building a society where every person is valued, respected, and empowered.

✨ Celebrating identity, culture, resilience, and belonging.
