Well what a night, "Bake it don't fake it" some absolutely amazing bakes by our Youth Members this evening. Thanks a million to Cllr Maria Murphy PC for judging our overall winner, I know it was a tough job Maria We are grateful as always for your support in getting this group up on their feet.

Last Friday our youth members attended their first Foroige Gala Ball. A brilliant night was had by all, DJ, food and an electric atmosphere on the dance floor. They got to meet with other clubs from Meath and North County Dublin. The event was so well organised. Thanks so much to North Dublin Foróige for an excellent night. Big shout out to Priority Transfers and Tours Ireland who made sure the bus they provided was full accessible and got us there safe and sound.

EVERYTHING IS AWESOME..........A big thank you to Aoife O'Dwyer of Build & Be who hosted a" Lego Serious play-based workshop with our youth members last night. Activities focused on developing critical skills such as creative thinking, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork. The process encourages everyone to contribute, reflect, and engage in meaningful discussion. It was a fun and highly effective way to help young people strengthen confidence, critical thinking, and collaboration skills. Thank you to Aoife and to our fantastic youths for their brilliant participation and Ideas.

A big thank you to New Era Coaching who had our group in for a strength and conditioning session in their new gym in Dunboyne a few weeks ago. The lads were absolutely amazing with our members . They have fantastic knowledge and gave great advice around fitness and nutrition for life. They also made it all great fun with a bit of friendly competition. A huge thank you to you for our cozy hoodies and for the really generous prizes given to our 3 winners on the night.

Last week was a busy one for our club. On Friday we went to the Leisure Plex and enjoyed a "friendly " game of bowling and Qzar. Great craic was had by all. On Saturday, our Committee Members were invited to The Foroige Regional Conference where they really got to see the big picture of what Foroige is all about. They got to make a difference, have their say and pick topics that they are passionate about and elected their representatives to the reference panel. .

Thank you so much to Aneta’s Wellness Circle What a lovely 🥰evening we had with the group . The theme “I am” was a wonderful exercise and really brought out the spirit of the group, it was a very relaxed 😌 and comfortable evening . During the “sound bath “we were invited to lie down and relax , whilst the instruments were used the practitioner spoke softly and guided us all into a deep meditation ❤️
