We have a new volunteer. Sara from Sweden arrived last night and today is starting to bond. Nothing like a bit of brushing to get all that greyhound love ❤️

We are absolutely delighted to support Souls4Souls, who are working incredibly hard to help raise much-needed funds for Irish charities involved in the rescue and welfare of Sighthounds.
Sighthounds are very dear to their hearts, and they have already worked tirelessly to raise money and awareness for the beautiful Spanish Galgos. Now they want to extend that support to help the Sighthounds here in Ireland too. 🐾🇮🇪

Blaze out enjoying the Sunday afternoon sunshine. He has a home in Czechia but must wait until the end of September to get there.

Poor Fia didn't know what was going on today. First thing, she was brought in to the shower and given a good wash and pedicure 😁. Her old collar was removed and back to the kennels for what she thought would be breakfast. But nope. Everyone else got fed and all she got was a brand new collar.
Next she was put on the leash and she thought she was going for a walk but instead was into the van for an almost 2 hours trip down to Wexford, where she met Lars again, who had visited her last Thursday, and she climbed stairs up to his apartment.
She got lots of cuddles from us, even having a spell of being a lapdog again, which she loves.
Then we went and left her behind for her new life outside of kennels, with a sea view and parks all around her.
We know she will love it there. If not? She is welcome back anytime she wants.
