Thank you to Lidl Ireland Clane for donating the Roses for our Annual Blessing of Roses Mass that celebrates the Little Flower St Therese of Lisieux. The relics will be present at the Mass, with thanks to St Therese Relics The Sweeney Family

We look forward to distributing these beautiful Roses tomorrow to the community and to our clients.

Our Annual Blessing of the Roses Mass will take place next Sunday 18th October 2026, in St Patrick's & St Brigid's Church, Clane.

At the mass we will have the St. Thérèse Relics - The Sweeney Family present and after Mass there will be over in the centre for private veneration. All are welcome.

The countdown is on....two weeks to go before our Autumn Concert with the First Lady of Musical Theatre Rebecca Storm. 🥰

Join us for a what will be a truly entertaining evening with music and stories from a world class vocal artist. On the night Rebecca will be joined onstage by the talented Mary Lowe and Alison Vard Miller with music by the Kenny & the Jets.

Prosecco Reception from 6.30pm with doors opening at 7pm.

We are very grateful to be the recipient of €1000 from Inver Costcutter Clane Leading Lights initiative.

Every penny of your donation will be directed to the provision of the cancer support services.

Inver Costcutter Clane has selected Little Way Cancer Support Centre Clane to receive a €1,000 donation through this year’s Leading Lights initiative.

Little Way Cancer Support Centre is a local charity supporting people and families affected by cancer, providing care and assistance within the community.

We’re proud to support their important work and the difference they make locally. 💙

Shower of Roses

We attended the launch of this special initiative by the Sweeney Family last Saturday in Kildare Town. We are delighted to be one of the chosen charities who will receive these handmade crochet/knitted roses that we can distribute to our clients.
If you are a knitter or you crochet you are invited to join in this initiative. Each handmade rose will be a small but beautiful symbol of love, hope, kindness and remembrance.

There goal is to create a wonderful “Shower of Roses” — hundreds of handmade flowers which will be blessed at a special Mass on 30 September 2026 by Fr Johnson, Carmelite Prior, Kildare, before being gifted to charities, nursing homes and children who are unwell.

We look forward to seeing the Shower of Roses🌹 being presented on the 30th September 2026.

In 2025 the Little Way Cancer Support Centre, provided over 1400 hours of counselling and holistic therapies free of charge to those affected by cancer. On a lovely, warm, sunny evening, we were delighted to welcome Rebecca Storm to the centre to meet with some of our clients. We couldn't let her go without her giving us a taste of what is to come on the 4th October 2026, in the Westgrove Hotel.

With a Prosecco Reception on arrival, it will be a wonderful evening of music and talented artists with Kenny and the Jets acting as her support and Chasing Pirates providing some pre-show entertainment.
