Open to all MCI Competition Licenses or MCUI and MRA Licenses accepted.

Overseas License Holders need start permission from their federation.

The Trial:

At present the plan is for 2 laps of 15 sections, with plenty of new or reclaimed sections added to some of the great sections already available at this excellent venue.

2026 MCI Championship Awards Dinner & Social Evening, Friday 30th October

Over 85 guests gathered at the Springfield Hotel Leixlip for the 2026 MCI Championship Awards Dinner and Social Evening, celebrating the achievements of our riders and reflecting on another successful year for the Trials community.

The evening provided an opportunity to recognise the continued growth and development of the sport, with updates and highlights from across the year.

Key highlights included:

🇮🇪 Trial des Nations: Team Ireland achieved an excellent 8th-place finish at this year’s event in Spain.

🏍️ Youth Development: The 2026 Youth Development Programme now supports approximately 50 youth and junior riders, representing a 72% increase in participation year on year.

👩 Women’s & Family Day: Following the success of the inaugural event on 5th July, encouraging female participation remains a key priority, with females now representing 26% of youth riders.

🏁 Future Development: Positive progress continues towards securing a permanent venue for Trials practice and competition.

Congratulations also to all our grade award recipients and finisher medal winners for their achievements throughout the season.

Our sincere thanks go to this year’s grade sponsors for their generous support and for providing prizes for the top three riders in each grade.
