Clane Community Council Clane Community Council also publishes Le Chéile, Clane’s community magazine.

Clane Community Council is a voluntary organisation, elected by the people of Clane, providing a forum to raise and deal with any issues of possible community importance. Established in 1973, Clane Community Council organises Clane Tidy Towns, Clane and Rathcoffey Community Games and owns and manages several key amenities in Clane on behalf of the community. These include the landmark Clane Abbey

, Clane Friary and Abbey Cemetery, Stream Park (site of the new Playground) and the Clane Liffey Park (a haven for native wildlife).

We are thrilled to announce we are hosting an Autism Champion Event in the Westgrove Hotel on Wednesday 31st May at 7.30pm.

This event will be celebrating the efforts of the existing Champions and calling on the rest of the community to get involved and help Clane achieve the very important accolade of becoming the next Autism Friendly Town.

As I Am CEO Adam Harris will be speaking on the evening and everyone is welcome.
