Alapítóink és munkatársaink közgazdászok, neves cégeknél szereztünk vezetési tanácsadási tapasztalatot (Ernst & Young, Deloitte, IFUA Horváth & Partners), amit azóta is a nonprofit szektor érdekében kamatoztatunk. Nonprofit tapasztalatainkat az IFUA Nonprofit Partner szervezetében szereztünk, ahol 2010 - 2016 között több CSR díjat nyertünk el, mintegy 50 projektet hajtottunk végre, képzéseket tartottunk, vállalati önkéntes programokat szerveztünk, valamint 2017 elejéig elláttuk a szervezet ügyvezetését is. Magunk is társadalmi vállalkozásként, a bevételeinket a működésünkbe visszafektetve, nagylelkű támogatók segítségével működünk.

# We provide social purpose organizations the management and organizational know-how of the for-profit sector. Leadership, management, organization, research, and measurement tools and methods already used by leading for-profit organizations can also help nonprofits unlock their full impact potential by making them more effective and efficient. Our team members and volunteers have learned their craft at management consulting, market research, and other multinational firms. But they have worked a lot with nonprofits to know how to adapt their knowledge to the needs of this sector. Our main beneficiaries are organizations making impact directly and their supporters. Our founders and colleagues are economists with management consulting experience gained at renowned companies (Ernst & Young, Deloitte, IFUA Horváth & Partners), which we have since been leveraging for the benefit of the nonprofit sector. We gained our nonprofit experience at the IFUA Nonprofit Partner organization, where we won several CSR awards between 2010 and 2016, executed approximately 50 projects, conducted trainings, organized corporate volunteer programs, and managed the organization until early 2017. We operate as a social enterprise ourselves, reinvesting our revenues into our operations with the help of generous supporters.
