The training course “The Art of Resilience” took place from 9–16 March, bringing together participants to explore resilience in a simple and practical way. Throughout the week, participants discovered that people respond to stress and challenges differently, and that there is no single “right” way to be resilient.

Through hands-on activities and real-life examples, they explored their own coping styles, practiced grounding techniques to create a sense of safety and calm, and learned how to recognise and use their personal strengths without burnout. The training supported participants in developing greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, and practical tools they could apply in everyday life, learning, and youth work.

*22–29 October, Łódź, Poland*

The youth exchange “Entrepreneurship as a Path to Wellbeing” took place in Łódź, Poland, bringing together young people from five countries. The project explored how entrepreneurship can serve not only as a path to financial independence but also as a powerful tool for improving mental wellbeing. Participants engaged in workshops on mindfulness and stress management, alongside interactive business simulations that helped them build resilience, confidence, and a sense of purpose.

A study visit provided valuable insights into local initiatives and allowed participants to meet inspiring entrepreneurs, connecting theory with real-life practice. Intercultural evenings created a warm and open atmosphere, where participants shared their traditions, food, and music, strengthening mutual understanding and friendships.

Overall, the exchange created a meaningful learning experience, combining personal growth, practical skills, and cultural connection, while highlighting the importance of balance and wellbeing in entrepreneurial journeys.

Between May 9–15, three participants from Hungary took part in an inspiring international project in Alicante, Spain, funded by the Erasmus+ programme.

This initiative focuses on improving support for families with children on the autism spectrum by empowering youth workers, promoting inclusion, and fostering international cooperation. The project aims to equip participants with practical tools to better support young people with autism, raise community awareness, and build long-term support systems.

The 7-day training brought together 25 participants from 9 countries—including youth workers, young parents, teachers, and educators. Special priority was given to young parents facing unemployment or financial hardship, ensuring inclusion of those with fewer opportunities.

💡 Key outcomes include:

Stronger support and care for children with autism

Greater social acceptance for their families

Improved skills and cultural understanding for youth workers

Gender-balanced participation and inclusive values

This project not only supports families but also promotes intercultural learning, collaboration, and personal growth among all involved.

Seven participants from our organization took part in the youth exchange Unleashing Your Entrepreneurial Potential from October 18-24 in Łódź, Poland.

This project equipped young people with entrepreneurial skills to tackle socio-economic challenges, build resilience, and embrace innovation. Through hands-on learning and non-formal education, participants developed leadership, creativity, and adaptability—valuable for both entrepreneurship and traditional careers. The exchange fostered inclusivity, intercultural understanding, and networking, empowering disadvantaged youth with confidence and professional skills. Beyond individual growth, the project strengthened youth organizations and inspired future initiatives within communities.

The European Environment Agency (EEA) has introduced a new tool to monitor plastic use in Europe. This tool is part of a larger project to understand and improve how plastics are used and recycled. Along with the tool, the EEA released a report that shows plastic use is increasing and warns of the negative effects on the environment. The report also suggests ways to make plastic use more sustainable. This work is part of a global effort to reduce plastic pollution and find better ways to manage this material.
