In traditional learning environments, secondary school students often focus on classroom theory, with limited opportunities to gain first-hand insights into real-world business and industry operations. At the same time, many businesses are looking for meaningful ways to understand the perspectives and ideas of the younger generation.
Initiated by Professor Jack Wong, Director of the Research Centre of the Primary Care Education Foundation (PCEF), CareerPassion.ai aims to bridge the gap between students and businesses through an online project-matching platform. With AI support, students can participate in projects beyond the classroom, while businesses gain opportunities to engage directly with young people who are eager to explore different industries.
The platform is currently supported by over 100 projects in Hong Kong and overseas, covering areas such as medical devices, specialist clinics, healthcare products and research applications. Student registration is now open, and enquiries from businesses are welcome.
