唔知大家對種滿向日葵的信芯園，以至香港鄉郊地區的農場花園有什麼感覺？
對小編來講，信芯園是香港僅餘的瑰寶之一。
小編去過台灣和日本，睇過歐美紀錄片，當地的花園和農場真的很美，與附近大自然融為一體，這歸功於當地人的保護和園主的悉心經營。他們並不是什麼著名的景點，但為當地人和前來參觀的人帶給不小的小確幸。
香港人有閒錢的，可以去台灣日本欣賞田園風光；無錢的又想抖氣的，本地都有一些如信芯園的選擇，50元入場費，說貴不貴（至少省去機票費乜稅物稅），然而將來你可能連50元給他們幫補下都未必有機會。
信芯園現址於新田石湖圍，當地四周都是原居民的私人地，早在十多年前農場已被地主迫遷過。現址更是棕地(註1)擴張速度最快的地區之一。擴張之快原於當地就近落馬洲出入境管制站和發展區，令石湖圍成為倒泥和中港物流存貨的熱點。石湖圍30多年來已是水浸黑點，倉庫近十年一個個拔地而起，令排水渠收窄，加上非法倒泥塞渠，令去水力減弱而加劇水浸(註2）。
未來新田會成為所謂北部都會區發展的一部分，石湖圍更是港鐵北環線經過的地方，當地農場和耕地將受嚴重威脅。如果以瀕危動物的角度看，信芯園已到了極危級別。
當然，農場可以搬到新的耕地經營，但香港還有多少農耕地可以讓他們搬遷？即使同樣是農耕地，土壤和水質可以很不同，類似的田園風光還可否繼續？
不過如果大家覺得有無這些大自然和農場花田也沒有所謂，這可能不是一個問題。
註1：棕地是指過去或現在被用作工業或商業用途的土地，因為在土地利用過程被垃圾或有害物污染，使土地再利用變得困難。在香港，棕地大多遍布新界，源於棄耕地或綠化地被用作工業或物流用途，有不少甚至非法改變用途。

I wonder how you feel about Shun Sum Yuen Farm fully planted with sunflowers, and the farm gardens in rural areas of Hong Kong?
For me, Shun Sum Yuen Farm is one of the remaining treasures in Hong Kong.
I have been to Taiwan and Japan and watched European and American documentaries. The gardens and farms there are really beautiful and blend in with the nearby nature. This is due to the protection of the locals and the careful management of the garden owners. They are not some famous attractions, but they bring a lot of small blessings to locals and those who come to visit.
Hong Kong people who have spare money can go to Taiwan and Japan to enjoy the pastoral scenery; those who do not have money and want to relax, there are some local options such as Shun Sum Yuen Farm , 50 yuan entrance fee, say expensive or not (at least saving the air ticket fees and taxes).
Shun Sum Yuen Farm is currently located in Shek Wu Wai, Sun Tin, surrounded by private land of original residents. The farm was forced to move by landowners more than 10 years ago. The current site is one of the fastest growing areas of brownfields. The rapid expansion was located near the Lok Ma Chau Immigration and Entry Control Station and Development Zone, making Shek Wu Wai a hotspot for dumping mud and Sino-Hong Kong logistics inventory. Shek Wu Wai has been a flooding blackspot for more than 30 years. Warehouses have been erected one by one in the past decade, narrowing the drainage channels. In addition, illegal dumping of mud has reduced the drainage capacity and exacerbated flooding.
In the future, Sun Tin will become part of the development of the so-called Northern Metropolitan Area, and Shek Wu Wai is a place where the MTR Northern Loop Line passes through. Local farms and arable land will be seriously threatened. If we look at it from the perspective of endangered animals, Shun Sum Yuen Farm has reached the critically endangered level.
Of course, farms can move to new farmland to operate, but how much farmland is left in Hong Kong for them to relocate? Can similar idyllic scenery continue even if it is also agricultural land where soil and water quality can be very different?
However, if you think it doesn't matter if you have these nature, farms and flower fields, this may not be an issue.
ひまわりが咲き誇る信芯園農場や、香港の田舎にある農家の庭園について、どう思われますか？
私にとって、信芯園は香港に残る貴重な場所の一つです。
台湾と日本を訪れ、ヨーロッパとアメリカのドキュメンタリー番組も見ました。そこの庭園や農場は本当に美しく、周囲の自然に溶け込んでいます。これは地元の人々の保護と、庭園所有者の丁寧な管理のおかげです。有名な観光名所ではありませんが、地元の人々や訪れる人々に多くのささやかな恵みをもたらしています。
お金に余裕のある香港人は、台湾や日本へ行って田園風景を楽しむことができます。お金がなく、のんびり過ごしたい人には、信芯園のような地元の選択肢があります。入場料は50元ですが、高いか安いかはさておき（少なくとも航空券代と税金は節約できます）、それは確かです。
信芯園は現在、新田の石湖圍にあり、周囲は元住民の私有地に囲まれています。農場は10年以上前に地主によって移転を余儀なくされました。現在の敷地は、ブラウンフィールドが最も急速に拡大している地域の一つです。急速な拡大は、落馬洲出入国管理局と開発区の近くに位置し、石湖圍は泥土や中香港間の物流在庫の投棄地となっていました。石湖圍は30年以上前から洪水の危険地帯であり、過去10年間で倉庫が次々と建設され、排水路が狭まりました。さらに、泥の不法投棄によって排水能力が低下し、浸水が悪化しています。
今後、新田はいわゆる北部都市圏の開発の一角を占めることになり、石湖圍は香港鉄道北環状線が通過する場所でもあります。地元の農場や耕作地は深刻な脅威にさらされることになります。絶滅危惧動物の観点から見ると、信芯園は絶滅危惧種レベルに達しています。
もちろん、農家は新たな農地へ移転して経営することも可能ですが、香港には移転できる農地がどれだけ残っているでしょうか？土壌や水質が大きく異なる農地であっても、同じような牧歌的な景観を維持できるのでしょうか？
しかし、こうした自然や花畑があれば問題ないと考えるのであれば、これは問題ではないかもしれません。
