An important milestone for the GBM AGILE platform: Tinostamustine is now enrolling expanding the evaluation of promising investigational therapies for patients with glioblastoma. The Asian Fund for Cancer Research Limited is proud to be an advocacy partner of the GBM AGILE trial which is sponsored by the Global Coalition for Adaptive Research.
Glioblastoma (GBM) is one of the most aggressive forms of brain cancer, with limited treatment options and a median survival of just 15 months. Through innovative trial design and global collaboration, GBM AGILE is helping accelerate the development of promising new therapies.
Breakthroughs for patients begin with bold innovation. If you are advancing a potential therapy for glioblastoma, GBM AGILE offers a faster, more efficient path to evaluation through a global adaptive platform trial with proven infrastructure and the potential to support registration.
