香港展能藝術會於1986年成立為非牟利慈善團體，是Access/VSA國際網絡2026和香港社會服務聯會成員。本會秉承「藝術同參與．傷健共展能」的宗旨，深信每個人都有創作藝術的潛能和欣賞藝術的基本權利。香港展能藝術會是本地唯一全方位開拓展能藝術的機構，致力推動平等機會，讓殘疾人士參與藝術活動，發展藝術才能，並倡導透過藝術建立共融的社會。
