Hello Everyone 🤗

🧶🧵🪡 We would really love to be able to give back, to the amazing "Knit and Knatters" group @ Fusion Maidstone

💚💛🧡 Over many months, the group have tirelessly provided us with blankets, hats, scarves, and also the ever increasingly popular " " ❤️

What started as a project initially for Homeless People, with hearts of hope and love, has increasingly become popular with families, and children too! 🫂

We've often included the sentiments of the lovely who oversees the Group, on our posts with photos of the hearts made 🧡💛💚

We are looking for donations of wool, and also materials to make the hearts, including any patterned material for children's hearts 💕

Hello Everyone 🤗

Today we've been back onsite at our forever favourite place @ Kenward Trust in Yalding, along with the community team, @ Kent Police 🫱🫲

Another productive meeting discussing new referrals, positive feedback - the is progressing in the right direction, as planned ✅️

It's clear from our 3rd onsite meeting today, there's numerous vulnerable people without the right support, or no support plan in place ❌️

We hope in time to identify where the gaps in "community care" lay, using an holistic approach, whilst ensuring Statutory Services are fully informed and updated ✅️

Our Alpaca friends were at the ready to say hi as always today too @ Kenward Place 🧡

☕️ The cafe was also very busy with their selection of cake displays and afternoon tea treats - see photos! 🍰

Wanted to update you on some of the things going on in the background 😁

Today we were excited to visit the lovely Linda in 💐

It's the 2nd year running, the community have been collecting for our , and already have 60+ made! 😅

❤️💚🧡 This year we've added our made by our wonderful Knit and Knatters @ Fusion Maidstone
We've given another 70 hearts today - the aim to have 100 boxes 🎁 by Xmas 🩷💙💚

🧸 🚗 📖 Linda kindly donated an assortment of toys, cars, puzzles, hand made items, and books - we will put by and add to little gift bags for chidren for Xmas 🎁

We loved seeing more of our furry friends 🧡 with plenty of sloppy 💋 all round!! 😆

Your Saturday morning energy and dedication in all weathers 🌧 continues to inspire us here at the Street Reach each week! 😊

Thank you 🙏 to our lovely volunteer Bridget for helping today too! 🍽

🖊 📃 Behind the scenes, we posted recently of suporting the 's with a gent 💙 who has Parkinsons, and residing in emergency accommodation 🏡

Our referral to the ensured this gent was able to collect food & toiletries on Wednesday, and over the coming weeks 💙

☎️ We have had regular contact with this gent, and are due to be assisting him with an online very shortly too!

🍽 🍵 Whilst our lovely was out in all weathers this morning 🥶 🌧

A part of the team was assisting one of our lovely ladies, with applying for a online, and why the decision is being challenged!

We will keep in close contact throughout this process too! ☎️

A very busy Saturday all round for everyone ✅️

So today we were back visiting one of our favourite places @ thirty six eighty six cafe, situated next door to Thomas Place - Housing 21 🍽

The food looked and smelt amazing!! 😋
And as always, lovely seeing the ladies and gents from next door, along with our furry friends!! 😊

🖊 📃 We were able to assist a mum and daughter with a having already established the benefit entitlement is incorrect

❌️ Having transfered from to a number of years ago, the mobility component which had previously been in place, has NOT been awarded for

Due to risk factors, this young lady is unable to access the community alone, even now in adulthood ❌️

The family were unaware at the time, the decision could have been challenged - we will support them throughout the entire process 🫂

Its been a very busy day at the Trust 🦋

This morning we had a very productive meeting with Olivia from Breakfast Buddies to expand our services further ✋️

Due to the recent donations from our - we were able to donate a bag for life and gift bags, filled with an assortment of toiletries for the attending the Saturday morning Soup Kitchen 🍽

Whilst Bridget was being pampered, part of the team attended an online - our lovely client should be notified of the outcome, in around 4 weeks time 🙏

We will keep in close contact with them throughout this process ☎️
