We are excited to be launching a brand-new fundraising event for Nightingale House Hospice and would love your support.

🎧 RUN THE BEAT

📅 Saturday 19th September 2026
📍 Queensway Stadium, Wrexham

RUN THE BEAT is a unique silent disco run where participants can walk, jog, run or dance around the track while listening to music through wireless headphones. We're expecting hundreds of participants and are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help make the event a success.

We are looking for volunteers to help with:

🟡Registration and welcoming participants
🟡Handing out and collecting silent disco headphones
🟡Selling merchandise and Glow Packs
🟡Selling raffle tickets
🟡Bucket collections
🟡Litter picking and keeping the venue tidy
🟡Supporting our mascot and helping create a fun atmosphere
🟡Event set-up and pack-down

No previous experience is needed, just a friendly attitude and willingness to help.
