WE HAVE MOVED!!!

The Met Office issued a yellow weather warning this morning for thunderstorms, so we've moved everything we can indoors!

Live music, Seating, and local businesses have all been relocated inside, where the bar is situated. Unfortunately, we have not been able to move the Hot Food inside - we do have a range of bar snacks and cakes on offer, but you are more than welcome to fetch pizza, takeaway, McDonald's, or a full picnic with you to enjoy while you're here!

We can't control the weather, but we can keep the night going indoors in the dry!

Pop down, enjoy a night of FREE music and support these amazing local businesses!!

Step back into the magic of the traditional fairground as Prince's Oldtime Fairground hosts all the fun of the fair at Bellevue Park this weekend!

Join us on Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th July for the biggest fun fair Bellevue Park has seen, with classic fairground rides, family favourites and plenty of excitement for all ages.

🚗 Plan your journey to Wrexham City Carnival! 🎉

We can’t wait to welcome everyone to Bellevue Park this weekend for Wrexham City Carnival. Please remember that there is no public parking inside the park, so we’re asking visitors to plan ahead and park sensibly in one of the many city-centre car parks.

Where possible, we also encourage visitors to walk or use public transport. Wrexham’s train station and bus station are both only a short walk from Bellevue Park, making it easy to leave the car at home and enjoy the journey into the carnival.

Our nearest car parks include:

📍 Island Green – approximately 2 minutes’ walk
📍 St Giles Car Park – approximately 6 minutes’ walk
📍 Eagles Meadow – approximately 12 minutes’ walk
📍 Waterworld Car Park – approximately 13 minutes’ walk

Accessible parking spaces are available at car parks across the city, including those listed above. Additional accessible spaces can also be found at:

♿ 6 spaces at Rhosddu Road Layby, near Queen’s Square
♿ 6 spaces at Holt Street Layby, near Tŷ Pawb
♿ 12 spaces at Market Street Car Park
♿ 6 spaces at Guildhall Car Park on weekends only

Please park only in designated spaces, follow local signage and avoid blocking entrances, residential roads or emergency access routes.

Anyone who needs extra support getting around the city centre can contact Wrexham Shopmobility, who offer scooter and buggy hire and can assist with accessibility in the city centre.

Plan ahead, leave yourself plenty of time and enjoy the short walk into the carnival — the music, entertainment and family fun will be waiting for you!

Morris dancers are coming to Wrexham City Carnival!

With lively music, colourful costumes and traditional dancing, Morris dancing has been part of community celebrations for generations. Welsh folk dancing was once at risk of disappearing, but dedicated groups have helped keep these wonderful traditions alive and introduce them to new audiences.

This Saturday, our Morris dancing troupes will join the Wrexham City Parade as it makes its way through the city centre, before arriving at Bellevue Park to perform on the carnival field.

Bring the family along, follow the music and enjoy a fantastic piece of traditional culture brought to life right here in Wrexham!

Fancy trying something a little different at Wrexham City Carnival ?

Have you ever wanted to learn the Charleston, pick up some new dance moves or simply have a go at something fun with the family?

The award-winning The Delta Academy of Dance and Performing Arts will be running FREE dance classes and workshops throughout the carnival, with all ages and abilities welcome to join in.

Take part in our giant group dance classes, learn some new moves and enjoy plenty of laughs along the way. No experience needed — just come along and give it a go!
