We’re buzzing to announce some additions to our Wrexham Underground Fundraiser Gig!

We can now confirm a performance from the very talented Giovanni Spoz Esposito. Spoz is an award winning poet, singer and songwriter and we’re so excited to have him on board.

We can also now confirm that Wrexham’s very own Evrah Rose will be launching her book “Define Hope” on the night! Be sure to bring some extra cash so you can grab a copy on the night. Evrah has kindly decided that for every copy sold on the night, she’ll donate £2 to Wrexham Underground.

LLANTWIT MAJOR ANTI-FASCIST PROTEST❗

Yesterday the fascists in Patriotic Alternative came to Wales, and left with their tails between their legs.

They were drowned out by an utter rejection of what they stand for, by local people first and foremost, and a coalition of anti racists from across Wales.

We want to congratulate the town of Llantwit Major in this victory, especially Llantwit Major FC, who rallied the community against them.

To Patriotic Alternative, we hope the message is clear, you are not wanted or needed in Wales. We may have our issues, but we will never be conned into hatred in our attempts to fix these issues.

However, we feel this could have been more. Many organisations sent a token couple of members to say that they were there.

More needs to be done to make this coalition into an real force confronting fascism in Wales.

Yesterday's victory lies with the community, not the activists.
