Beavers have been working hard for the last two weeks on their Disability Awareness Badge.
Writing their names in braille, looking at adaptations in our church, completeing blindfold challenges, discussing famous disabled personalities, planting sunflower seeds and discussing why people wear sunflower lanyards. Plus an unexpected display from one of our very talented Beavers who uses Sign Language at home.

A very hot but fantastic summer camp with Squirrels at Kinver this weekend! We completed our Peter Rabbit challenge and lots of Squirrel badges. The Squirrels were really busy making mini allotments, scarecrows, natural character collages, songs for the camp fire, dens, thankful trees and completing a obstacle course, scavenger hunt, soft archery and a having a water fight. A great time was had by all and the Squirrels as usual were amazing and made us very proud!
