🚨 CARE WORKERS: MAKE YOUR VOICE HEARD 🚨

New rights are being proposed for workers on zero-hours and other contracts where hours vary — including rights to more regular hours, reasonable notice of shifts, and compensation when work is cancelled.

But the government is consulting on who will actually get these rights.

I would just like to say how impressed I have been by Unison in my recent dealings with you regarding my redundancy.
From the first phone call to the National phone number I have been met with professionalism, courtesy, knowledge and efficiency at all stages.
It has been very reassuring to have all the paperwork checked out and know that everything is in order with regard to the redundancy.
It is sad that both my husband and I had a very skewed understanding of Unison before this experience.
