With Redeeming Our Communities – we just got recognised as one of their top fans! 🎉

It’s been a long wet, and cold winter season. In partnership with Redeeming Our Communities, we had the pleasure of pairing pre-loved winter clothing with a new home.

If you know someone in need of a coat and wasn’t able to attend the event today, please get in touch. We often keep a small amount of coats to hand out throughout the year for families facing difficulties.

Thank you to all who donated, encouraged large collections, to all the volunteers who gift us with their time and United Reformed Church for trusting us with the hall space.

It’s one of the most visible forms of homelessness, where individuals sleep outside or in places not meant for living, like cars, doorways or other public spaces.

City of Wolverhampton Council has taken the decision to close council buildings due to the anticipated impact from Storm Goretti.

This means that from 3pm today (Thursday 8 Jan) onwards, Family Hubs will remain closed until Friday 9 January.

This decision has been made as the safety and well-being of our workforce and public are of the utmost importance.

Normal services will resume as soon as we are able.

City of Wolverhampton staff will continue to work remotely during this closure period. If you need to speak to your worker, please call them on their usual number.
