How adorable is this teddy bear? 🧸🧡

Our dementia-friendly Connect groups enjoyed a special ‘Share and Tell’ session. One member brought along the teddy she received when she was just eight years old. Now 74 years old, this treasured companion still goes everywhere with her!

Memory-based activities can help people living with dementia revisit meaningful experiences, spark conversation and connect with others. It was a wonderful session filled with stories, memories and friendship.

The group offers opportunities to enjoy new experiences, build confidence, make friendships and have fun within a supportive community.

Alongside the group activities, we provide tailored mental health support helping people manage their mental health, work towards recovery and build resilience.

A lovely day of friendship, supported mental wellbeing and feeling part of a community!
