Meet Haden, a Support Manager from Lincoln. We spoke to Haden in the lead up to Autistic Pride Day to hear about his career and his experiences living with ADHD and autism.

Haden said: “If speaking up feels difficult, try to find one person you trust who can help advocate for you. Having even one supportive person can make a huge difference. Most importantly, your neurodivergence does not mean you can’t succeed”.
