Eileen and Kate will be joining Ben again to provide a further update on short breaks. They will be joined by the OPSI who are supporting the work in this area, too.
Ben will then be able to lead the usual updates on the reforms, feedback on the local offer live event, future engagement events and then meet with families as usual.

A fantastic opportunity for young people in Halton to get active, build confidence and improve their wellbeing! 💙

**Who's it for?**
✅ Young people aged **13–19**
✅ Young people with SEND aged **up to 25**

**What's included?**
🌟 Up to **6 months of FREE leisure access**, including gym, swimming and fitness classes at local leisure centres.

🌟 **3 months of FREE Health Coach support**, with regular check-ins, encouragement and healthy lifestyle advice.

🌟 Weekly wellbeing tips, challenges and motivation through the Healthy Halton WhatsApp Channel.

This programme aims to help young people become more active, feel better and develop healthy habits in a supportive environment.
