💜 GOODBYE TO OUR LITTLE STUDIO – BUT NOT GOODBYE TO OUR COMMUNITY 💜
Well, that's it. The last mats have been rolled up, the cushions packed away, and the van loaded. We've officially said goodbye to our studio at Optimum Fitness. 🥹💜
It's been more than just four walls and a floor to us.
It's been a place where friendships have grown, tears have been shed, laughter has filled the room, and people have found a little peace away from the busyness of everyday life.
We've shared meditation, breathwork, Fitness classes, Kundalini yoga, Qigong, art, healing, conversations and so many lovely moments together.
We want to say a huge thank you to the team at for welcoming us and giving us the opportunity to create such a special community space. We really do appreciate your support. 💜
And to every single person who has walked through our doors, attended a class, taught a session or simply sat with us in the quiet moments – thank you. You've all been part of making this space what it was.
🌿 SO, WHAT HAPPENS NEXT? 🌿
We're not going anywhere!
For now, we'll be moving some of our sessions to the Angel Dust shop at 75 Widnes Road, Widnes, including:

Unfortunately, some of our other classes will need to take a little break until we find another suitable space.
This isn't how we imagined things going, but sometimes life takes us in a different direction, and we have to trust that something new is waiting around the corner.
Our CIC was never about the building. It was always about the people, the connections, the kindness and creating somewhere everyone feels welcome.
And that hasn't changed. 💜
We're incredibly proud of what we've created together, and we're looking forward to seeing where this next chapter takes us.
