From life‑changing Positive Behaviour Support at Brackley House in Stockport to the inspiring leadership of Service Leader, Terri Douglas up in Scotland, these nominations recognise the outstanding difference our colleagues make every day.

A huge well done to the incredible people we support and our colleagues who took part in the Aberdeen Kiltwalk👏

Dozens of the people we support across Aberdeenshire got involved, taking on either the 18-mile or 4-mile routes 🙌

A key highlight was our Managing Director of Technology Enabled Care, Joanna, delivering an insightful session on “Delivering More High Acuity Care,” exploring how technology can support complex care needs.

Our social impact day with British Cycling showed what’s possible when inclusion is at the heart of sport - creating a space where people with learning disabilities, mental health conditions and autistic people feel seen, inspired, and motivated to achieve their dreams 🌟🚴‍♂️

Supported by pro athletes and former Olympians, and from hearing powerful Olympic success stories to holding medals, the people we support explored their ambitions, built confidence, and took steps towards their goals.

As highlights the importance of being seen, heard and valued, moments like this show just how transformative the right support and opportunity can be 👏
