Age Concern Hampshire is an independent charity working across the county to promote independent living to older people. We provide information as well as activities, wellbeing and care to over 58,000 people each year. Reg Charity No. 290874
Our vision is that getting older should be a positive experience where everyone is respected, valued and able to make informed choices. We receive year-on-year accreditation for the quality of our services and take a caring and supportive approach to our work, ensuring that older people, their carers and families achieve the very best quality of life.
